Recycle Note for Cards

I thought I'd post this on my blog since have had several people over the years ask for the note that I use for creating cards you can recycle. The gist of it is that when you create a card (especially a super cool one), you'd love for the person who received it, to be able to pay it forward. I created a small note that fits inside even small 3x3 cards. I attach it with temporary adhesive, in case someone eventually wants to take out the note and end the recycle cycle.
These notes print out on an 8-1/2x11 sheet, and I just use copy paper. You can print them out in color for the nifty recycling green look, or print in grayscale. To cut them out, trim 1/2" off the top, bottom, and each side of the printed page. Then cut each out at 2-1/2" square.

Honestly, I have been writing my messages for my 30-Day Gratitude Card Challenge right on the card, because I want it to be personal, and especially for one person. But you could use these notes on your 'thank you' cards if you'd like :-)
